PHARMACY COUNCILS MONOPOLY
Pharmacy Council of India working for
up gradation of Pharma field via starting Pharm D course as well as regular and
surprise inspections of the Institutions.
Due
to FDA department, Drug inspectors checking medical stores regularly.
State Pharmacy Councils working for up-gradation
of Pharmacist.
EFFECT:
1.
Non Pharma candidates running most of Medical stores by
hiring Pharmacist License not the Pharmacist.
2.
There is not vacancy for D. Pharm., B. Pharm. and M. Pharm.
candidates but PCI allow for opening new institutes.
3.
National Open Schooling passed candidates not eligible for
Pharmacy course just due to PCI maintaining Standards. Then why gov.t started
NIOS? What is the worth of NIOS?
4.
D. Pharm. syllabus implemented in 1992 still going on, do
you think there is any up-gradation of pharmacy in India . If yes then what PCI done?
5.
Rajasthan
Pharmacy Council registers D. Pharm. students if they have done Practical
training at Specified Medical Stores.
6.
Punjab
Pharmacy Council registers D. Pharm. students if they have done Practical
training at Govt. Hospitals. Govt. needs free manpower instead of giving proper
training to the students they used them for their work.
7.
Haryana Pharmacy
Council registers D. Pharm. students if they have done Practical training at Govt.
Hospitals. Govt. hospitals needs free manpower because govt. not filling the
vacant positions in department but population increasing drastically.
8.
Haryana
Pharmacy Council website shown instructions for registration ie given below
9.
Only
CBSE and Haryana Board is valid for registration other State Govt. boards not
valid for the same.
10. Candidate passed from Institutions of Haryana
state is only eligible to apply for registration in Haryana. Is their any rule
that Haryana Pharmacy Council Approves the Haryana Pharmacy Institutes? Or Pharmacy
Council of India approves the pharmacy institutions all over the India they are
not valid then what is the use of PCI why not dissolve this council?
11. State Pharmacy Council registrar non Pharmacy
person then what he/she do for Pharmacist except politics because this post
need power of politics.
IMPORTANT

CHANGES NEEDs to GROW PHARMA PROFESSION:
1.
All
Pharmacy associations will come under one roof.
2.
PCI
should reform their structure and policies.
3.
Doctors
should not keep medicines without PHARMACIST.
4.
The
name of Pharmacist should be their on Bill who dispensed the medicine with the
name of Doctor.
5.
Pharmacist
responsible for selling of unauthorized medicines at counter.
6.
Drug
department have to maintain website which shows district wise Pharmacy and name
of Pharmacist with contact number.
7.
Vacant
Pharmacist must be shown on website so that anyone need can hire for their
shop.
8.
All
the D.Pharm & B.Pharm must be registered under state pharmacy council.
Because many teachers working in pharmacy institutions not declared their
pharmacy registration but they have and given for medical.
9.
Working
hours for one Pharmacist should not more then 8 hours (in case of if hired by
others). If pharmacist running own pharmacy then is no limit.
10.
PCI
have to maintain all registered pharmacist record online with registration
number and Contact details. 10. Still PCI not able to maintain proper records

FDA Effect on Pharmacy Shops Running without PHARMACIST
The Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) has started taking strict action against medical shops which flout the rule in Maharashtra State. The impact is that huge number 2530 medical shop owners across the Maharashtra state have surrendered their licences because they were unable to find full-time pharmacists for their stores just due to unable to provide salary. FDA action ranges from suspending the operations of their shops for a few days to cancelling their licences.
It should be totally closed to hire Licence
Many places medical shop owner dont have any kind of Pharmacy Licence and selling Physician samples or expiry Products. These things i observed at District place.
But still running smoothly. Reason is that Drug Inspectore work under pressure of Medical Store Union across countary. PCI working for provide quality of services but state Pharmacy Council dont following in proper way.
Pharmacist Registration must be centrally as like MCI, DCI.
Teachers working in Pharmacy Institutions also give their registration to Medical store and deny to have any kind of Pharmacy Registration number during PCI inspection.
Why only the Maharashtra state has made it mandatory for medical stores to have a qualified
pharmacist?
Why this rule not following other part of India?
If FDA conduct these kind of inspections across the countarty then definately Pharmacy Profession will be grow. But due to Drug Inspector and State Pharmacy council negligence Pharmacy profession going down.
With a hope these kind of strict actions will be governed across the countrye. Pharmacy Council have to provide the complain facility of illegal medical stores to overcome burden of Drug Inspector.

INDIAN EDUCATIONAL POLITICS
Indian Educational Politics!!!
I am presenting my views. You may or may not be agree with me. This blog only for discussion not for highlight for any legal activity or else.
India is a economical educational Hub. Most of talented candidates serving world economy those are from India. For the betterment of education system Govt. planned and approved number of Private & Deemed Universities. Huge number of students enrolled with them.
1. Right now govt declared that these universities are not upto mark.
2. What is the fate of students enrolled with them in India.
3. Haryana Govt consider those students who had done PhD from A+ universities.
what about others?
4. Most of Institutes running their course without eligible Director, Principal, faculty and staff.
What kind of approving system and what kind of crop they will produce?
I need your comments in details for the same, so that we can discuss and forward to Govt.
